About the Role

The Construction Manager role involves supervising on-site construction, scheduling subcontractors, resolving daily challenges, and inspecting work for compliance with plans and specifications, while providing a world class customer support services to our home buyers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects to deliver them safely, at top quality, on time, & within budget.
- Inspect all jobs by trades during and after completion
- Manage the construction team & Schedule Subcontractors
- Approve subcontractor invoices by pre-inspecting the invoiced work
- Obtain permits and order/pickup/deliver building materials as necessary
- Maintain a safe & clean site
- Provide Excellent Customer Support for home buyers
- Manage Customer Service Requests
- Schedule and complete building inspections with the city, engineering, etc...
- Collaborate with the sales agents and their teams during any the sales process
- Conduct final walkthroughs and touchup inspections with customers
- Complete assigned trainings
- Complete other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Essential Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience (including project management, scheduling, procurement, field supervision, quality control, customer service, and project delivery)

    • A thorough knowledge of all trades in a residential construction environment

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Knowledge of ProCore, BlueBeam, and BuildPro
